• By placing an order, you agree to our Refund & Exchange Policy, Payment Policy, and Privacy Policy.

• WoowBazar reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products & Availability

• All products displayed on our website are subject to availability.

• We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, prices, and images are accurate; however, errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct them.

3. Orders & Payments

• Orders are confirmed only after full payment (for prepaid orders) or upon cash payment at delivery (for COD).

• We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and other available payment methods listed on our website.

• For all COD orders, customers must pay 20% of the total order value in advance as a confirmation deposit.

• Failure to make the advance payment within the given time may result in cancellation of the order.

• WoowBazar reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.

• Any delivery delays caused by courier companies are beyond WoowBazar’s control.

• Shipping charges (if applicable) will be mentioned at checkout.

5. Refund & Exchange

• WoowBazar offers exchange only (no refunds) as per our Refund & Exchange Policy.

• Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Delivery charges for exchanges will be shared — customer pays for sending the item, WoowBazar pays for sending the replacement.

6. User Responsibilities

• You agree not to use our website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

• You must not upload, post, or transmit any harmful content, viruses, or malicious code.

7. Limitation of Liability

• WoowBazar is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

• Product colors may vary slightly due to different screen resolutions and lighting conditions.

8. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

• Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
