Refund & Exchange Policy – WoowBazar

At WoowBazar, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure you have the best shopping experience with us. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.


Refund & Exchange Eligibility

We offer Refunds and Exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Items with tags removed, damaged, or altered will not be eligible for refund or exchange.

  • Sale, clearance, or discounted items are not eligible for refund or exchange.

  • Each order is eligible for one-time exchange only.


Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days (processing time may vary depending on your bank/payment provider).

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.


Exchange

  • Customers can request an exchange for eligible items within 7 days.

  • Exchange will only be processed once the returned item is received and approved by our team.


Delivery Charges

  • Customer → WoowBazar: Delivery charges for sending items back will be paid by the customer.

  • WoowBazar → Customer: Delivery charges for sending the replacement item will be paid by WoowBazar.


How to Request a Refund or Exchange

  1. Contact our support team at support@woowbazar.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number and the reason for refund or exchange.

  3. Once your request is approved, send the item to the address provided by our team.


Note: WoowBazar reserves the right to reject any refund or exchange request that does not meet the above conditions.
